All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship from our fulfillment center in Madison, Alabama.

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sting-Less is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our support email. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, Sting-Less primarily ships within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
